When your computer system goes through an UPGRADE (“Manually” or “Automatically even without your knowledge”) or when you update to a new driver without removing (Uninstall order) the old driver; it is possible your scanner will not be found or an error message will appear. If you encounter this situation; we strongly recommend you remove (Uninstall order) the old driver from your computer and then download the correct driver for your scanner, by model name, from Mustek’s official website.
