Windows 98 Compatibility

All of Mustek's current scanner drivers that are compatible with Windows 95 are also compatible with Windows 98. Unlike the change from Windows 3.1x to Windows 95, Windows 98 has not changed the fundamental architecture of the operating system.

Not all of our scanners utilize the "Scanners and Cameras" applet in the Windows 98 Control Panel, but they should be installed, configured and operated exactly as if they were in Windows 95. Those that use the "Scanners and Cameras" applet include instructions for their installation.
