Windows 2000 Compatibility Information

Musteks software development team has released a final schedule as to which Mustek products will have updated drivers created for Windows 2000. Those drivers that have already been created may be downloaded from our Drivers sections.

If your Mustek product is on the list, but a new driver hasn't been posted yet, you can be notified by e-mail of its availability. Either click on the link after the product model name or click here.

Unfortunately, if your Mustek product is not listed above, this means that there will be no Windows 2000 support for that product. The product will only be compatible with the specifications as stated in the product literature and on the product packaging.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but we encourage our customers who have a need for imaging in the Windows 2000 environment to consider purchasing a different model scanner or camera that has Windows 2000 compatibility as part of the product specifications.
